Fertility Journey Freebie (Blog Hop)
I’m so honoured to be a part of this collaboration. A conversation in the Simply Project Life—App Scrappers Facebook group led Sally from Wilson|Wilson to create this project, for documenting the journey of trying to grow a family when things don’t all go as hoped. She invited other designers to join her, and asked members of the community to share what they would like to see in a collection, and what stories they might wish to record.
Reading through the comments made me even more appreciative of what lengths some families have to go to to have children, and how lucky I am to have them in my life. I’m also thankful for the compassion and kindness in our scrapbooking community that meant people felt comfortable to share such personal, often painful stories.
